Summer Wave SFX2500 Plus

Jonw0224 designed this as a Summer Wave above ground pool broke (SFX1000). I redesigned this with longer vanes to accommodate the SFX2500 plus. This one will replace the OEM part, but there is another that takes a hex instead of a plus design in the bottom. This will not work with that version without redesigning the item.

This printed part is thicker than the original, which looked to be made of nylon. The thickness and extra supports reinforce the PLA compared to the commercial part. But it fits and appears to be working.

Installs on the motor rotor. It's a tight fit, but that's intentional. I used a file to open up the round hole about 1/1000th of an inch. It is very tight but pumps the required amount of water. The original design made by Jonw0224 will also work, but will pump about half the GPM required of the 2500 plus pump.
