Sunfish Mast Base Cap

Straightforward base cap for a Sunfish mast. It keeps the aluminum mast from chewing a hole through the mast step and then the hull. Also keeps water out of the mast if you should capsize and the mast comes off.

This is sized to 2.27" for the outer diameter and 2.07 on the inner section. I found, with ABS at least, that printing it to the exact size of the mast dimensions resulted in a loose and undersize part.

This will work on any hollow mast. Use the Fusion 360 file to resize the outer and inner dimensions.

Added the files for the cap with a center hole to allow drainage.
