Back in 2015, the Benchy was made. Very soon after, it went out on its very first voyage. That voyage was ended very quickly after hitting a rock and sinking. After ten years of that happening, it was just found for the first time. It was in rough shape, it has holes, algae and barnacles. All that was left, was the rough shape of the Benchy under all of that algae. This benchy does require minimal supports due to texturing and some more severe overhangs. I have an AMS colored plate and a non AMS plate. To get it looking like it does in the photo, print the ams version or paint on the details on the solid color one. Then give it an orangy brown dry brush matched with a sickly green wash. Those colors give a very realistic sunken ship look. If you enjoy the model, feel free to give it a boost! I hope you enjoy this model.
