Sunlu FilaDryer SP2 Offset Roller

The stock Sunlu FilaDryer SP2 spool support works, but I ran into two issues: The stock rollers are simple metal rods with no lips/flanges, so spools can drift off-center. Main issue: roller spacing is narrow and the spool sits low, so filament pull from the dry box adds upward force that can dislodge the spool—especially when the spool is nearly empty and lightweight. This Offset Roller redesign solves that by changing the geometry: Raises spool position so filament pull is more sideways and less upward Wider roller spacing lowers the spool’s effective center of gravity between supports, improving stability Sleeve/wrapper over metal rods with lips keeps the spool centered and prevents side drift Result: smoother feeding and much less chance of the spool popping off the rollers during printing.
