sunshade awning rope guide Mk2

This is a redesign of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2907200 which worked OK, but has a limited life-time due to friction eating into the plastic. Therefore, I decided to redesign it using a wheel.

The revised thing consists of 2 printed parts, the main unit and the wheel. Also, a 30 mm bolt, diameter 5 mm with locking nut and shims is needed. The 2 printed parts are printed together from the single STL. It is recommended to print with 100% infill for strength.

The revised model causes the sunshade to be easier to lift, due to much reduced friction. This will also increase the lifetime of the rope.

The part is designed for 2 screws 30 mm apart. The hole for the rope is 30 mm from the line through the screws.
