I own an Orion i150 welder for some years now and along with acquintances run into stabbing myself with the electrode, breaking the tip, making it dirty, banging stuff into it, you name it.

This sleeve is designed for Sunstone Orion Welders and fits over the electrode body, grabbing the ridges lightly.
