Recently, I was gifted a 3DStuffmaker Evolution (V1) to make work. I quite dislike the fact that it has nothing to support the filament as it prints, which could lead to the 3 mm filament snapping off during printing, and other problems I want to avoid. Thus, I came up with this stand.
It measures 4.5 inches by 2.75 inches. You should be able to print the "StandComplete" stl just fine, it has all three pieces needed for this. I printed mine on a Monoprice Select Mini, so it should fit on whatever print bed you may have. Once the stand is printed, just set the two logs onto the stand, in the dips, and set your filament roll on it accordingly. It's not the smoothest thing in the world, but it does its job quite well. I hope you too can put it to good use.
I have also included the Inventor files should you want to modify it at all... I also now see that you will need to rotate the stl in your slicer to print it. Sorry.
EDIT: 11/18/2017: STL files "Filament-base" and "Filament-rol
