This is a tool for my cheap noname car vacuum with super thin nozzle (7mm).
Base is a weird non-oval non-rounded-rectangle I've approximated with two couples of circles. My measurements were a bit off so I had to use some sandpaper to fit the base in, probably would work better if scaled down .3 to .5 millimeters both dimensions, but I'm not going to print any more of these cause one is enough, so I'm uploading the exact thing that worked for me.
