This design is a box for a 12V supercap battery.
Designed it using 12x 500F super capacitors. 6 connected in series and 2 packs of six in parallel, a total of about 166F at 12V.
The supercapBanc.zip file contain the gerber files of the PCB (I have ordered them very cheap from JLCPCB.com).
Supercap_schematics.pdf contain the complete schematic of the board which includes a protection circuit for each of the supercaps with balancing. Two stage charging circuit and a switch to the supercaps when the power supply is not present.
In my house all my lights are working on 12Vdc and I use this capacitor bank to equalize the power supply voltage and supply the lights when the mains power is out.
Printed with 0.2mm resolution 50% infill (2mm walls). No support.
