SuperSkein RC2

SuperSkein has been hammered on for quite a bit since the last release (especially by the awesome Clothbot!) and now has shells and infill!

We're by no means done with this but so far it's beating Skeinforge at a number of benchmarks (although a lot of things don't come out quite so smoothly), so I felt like posting up a version to show off the progress so far!
