Use a 0.6mm hotend.
It`s only 1-2 layer thick after the foot part, only scale in Z (height).
Goes down to about 16cm and up to 40cm, the spikes will get bigger or smaller depending on the scale.
cura says its 61grams, make a copy and mirror it, stick the spikes near the flat side on the lithophane., break or cut off.
