Sur-Ron side cases supportV2

Replace the under seat pan on the sur-ron/segway bike. Rear light has two new attachment points, one at original placement and another at the rearrest point. Pair of slots on each sides let you pass straps to attach various objects. Otherwise small cases such as nanuk903 can be screwed directly.
