Updated Version v3 with minor adjustments for better fit and stability.
A simpler version of the replacement headband for Surface Headphones 2.
The original headband has the tendency to snap right in the middle due to bad design and wrong material choice (PA).
Additional Information.
Print it in PLA for flexibility.
I was able to print it in high quality without any supports with Prusa Slicer and 0.15 mm Quality setting in approx. 40 minutes.
To replace the headband, you will need to remove the original one and remove a total of 8 small torx screws (4mm) the earcups can then be screwed back into the printed part to attach the earcups.
