Surface skimmer - remixed for improved adjustment and floatation

The floating top cap and the bottom adjuster rod (valve) have been updated.

I needed more to close off the lower intake more than the original model allowed, in order for the surface suction to work properly. I added 3mm of thickness to the top of the valve on the lower adjuster rod. (I had to glue a 3mm disc to the original model that I printed).

I also increased the air cavity volume underneath the top part of the surface skimmer, so that it floats well, so it should be less dependent on how much infill/wall thickness you use.

I printed these both in black PETG, but PLA should work fine.
Top cap with two layer wall thickness, 3 layers top and bottom and 20% infill.
All other parts 3 wall thickness.
