SurfaceBook VESA Dock Mount

This is a VESA mount adapter for the Microsoft SurfaceBook, using the Surface Dock. The dock connector pushes into the bottom part of the mount and sits flush with the laptop. I haven't had any issues with the printed parts scratching the Surface, but use this at your own risk! I might redesign it slightly to allow for some felt padding if it becomes an issue.

1x (each) surface_mount_top, surface_mount_bottom, surface_mount_lock, surface_mount_handle
2x 1515 Aluminum extrusions (Openbeam, specifically because the rails capture an M3 nut)
A bunch of M3-8mm nuts and bolts
