SV01 Pro Touch Screen Mount

Modified the original mount to fit the SV01 pro side mount touch screen.
Fits mine and works with the [ScribbleXX](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4191292) tool holder. I just attached them with some zip ties that came with the printer.
Although it looks like a quick and dirty mod, it took me a bunch of time to figure out how :)
