Switch Plane Hanger Bar Adapter

I printed the SwitchPlane by johnbiehler (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2241282) and then designed a bar that they can slide onto that will mount to my wife's camera tripod.

I designed the bar using OnShape.com (https://cad.onshape.com/documents/fcfcd6eb714169b96df56662/w/87dcd9e1801373bab631d5a4/e/06c014b8f9e920909565ddc9) to be support free, but my printer didn't do a good job on bridging. Might want to use supports if you have the same issue.

I used a 1/4"-20 thread tap to thread the hole to mount it to the tripod, but tripod threads may differ. Make sure you use the correct tap or just force the bolt in and it will cut it's own threads.
