Switch plate labels or tags

This will help resolve confusion caused by multiple switches, please attach this item to the switch plate using the existing screw. Based off of ryman08 OpenSCAD switch tags https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2414642.I fixed the openscad warning messages and added Hole centering and countersink.
