SwitchBot Lock Pro Shaft Adapter

This model adapts the 8mm shaft of my lock to the Lock Pro. With the precise adapter the operation form the lock is much smoother. It's also faster, which I attribute to the lack of slack. The adapter was a friction fit on the lock shaft. I designed provision for two 4mm heat inserts if you want to additionally secure it to the metal shaft. The adapter is a slip fit in the lock for ease of assembly. I've also uploaded Fusion file of the adapter. Feel free to remix to fi your lock, it's worth it.
