So, i downloaded Dranoweb's thing, but had issues with my printer at the time, so i re-designed it to be laser-cut.
You cut as many parts as you like from the .AI file to make your own customised thing.
There are small (µSD, miniSD, SD and MS Pro Duo only), and large (those plus CF, NDS, 3DS) blades.
Yes, you will need to 'edit' the files to place the correct count and types of parts on the 'sheets' to cut. Remember the stock thicknesses vary!
Cut a top and bottom in whatever thickness you like (i used 3mm acrylic).
Cut as many of the BOTTOM parts (right side of .AI file) for what you want in as thin as practical material (i only had acrylic down to 2mm). I'd suggest 1mm if you can get it as you simply don't need it to be thicker.
Then, cut as many of the required holders/pockets (left side of .AI) as you like. You are advised to cut the recommended thicknesses, but do as you please if you have other plans in mind :)
You can cut any number of the 'empty pocket' as you lik
