Totaling 40 inches long, not exactly a short sword but nowhere near a long sword with a nice little swoop on the guard.
Everything should slot in together but I used glue just for piece of mind. Print the handle guard down and basic supports work GREAT for the slots. Have fun swinging it around and making sword fighty noises :)
