Sword stand for larger sword

### The beginning

My son purchased a large sword in a garage sale.
Because it came without display stand, I decided to take a look in Thingiverse, to see if there was a nice display stand already available.
Unfortunately (or lucky for me) most of the sword display stads are created for samurai swords and not for larger 'European' swords.

### The design

I went to work with AutoSCAD and created a nice sword stand for my son.
In the end I ended up creating 9 different patterns you can choose from. The one in the pictures is pattern 5, as my son liked it the most.
He wanted it to be printed in black, but in my opinion silver, gold or wood would be better (but who am i).

### The future?

If you want, you can create your own pattern (please share if you do). I would love to see pictures of swords on this sword stand :-)
