Mount for the electronics from an IKEA Symfonisk to convert a conventional 2-way floor-standing speaker into a sonos-compatible speaker. Or to convert a Symfonisk into a high quality speaker.

The electronics disappear seamlessly into the speaker. The mount may also be compatible with larger bookshelf speakers.

Screws similar to those used in the Symfonisk are used for mounting. However, some of the screws are too long, so a washer must be used.

Have a look at the tutorial below to get the electronics out of the Symfonisk and connect it to your speaker. I recommend to connect the Drivers directly to the of the amplifier (don't use the crossover of the speaker. The Symfonisk has none either).
