It is a case that holds four tl smoothers.

You can clip two tl smoothers in one half of this thing and then...

flip both halfs together and place it somewhere near your motherboard.

In case you want to mount this thing, expand and screw it with the
optional distances and M3 x 12 screws at the desired place.
