A Bundari member of the G.F.P.S (Galactic Federation of Planetary Systems) military forces, Syr Norbert is a Brightshield who dedicated himself to protecting Federation troops in their never ending battle against pirates, raiders and the unending Eshian swarms. While most Brightshields belong to a knightly order, Syr Norbert has chosen to stand without such an affiliation, instead choosing to wave the banner of the G.F.P.S as a symbol of galactic unity.
