DESCRIPTIONTo help with fine control over the feed of my flux (or other chemicals) from a syringe, I use one of those syringe plunger levers. The concept of the level is good, but the common implementations seem under developed. The plunger screw leans to one side instead of being vertical and aligned with the syringe. I’ve designed a modification to the syringe plunger lever tool. My modification keeps the plunger screw in-line with the syringe and it’s easy to use. ASSEMBLYSteps to use the plunger modification:Remove the M6 bolt end nut.Fit the M6 bolt end the new 3D printed plunger modification. Expect to require a bit of an effort to fit the mod the first time, but don’t force it, it shouldn’t be that tight.Raise the bolt end as much as possible. Insert it into the syringe. Expect to need a bit of a push to fit.Done. Use as before. SYRINGE DIMENSIONSIt’s unlikely that all syringes have the same dimensions. I’ve designed my plunger mod to fit a syringe with an internal diameter of 1
