Syringe Pressure Fixture

I designed this as part of my bachelor’s thesis to apply steady pressure to a microfluidic device. The goal was to create a simple and compact system that delivers near-constant force. Instead of using weights on the plunger, I built a spring-loaded mechanism that fits a standard 5 mL syringe. It clips in easily, works reliably for small volumes, and keeps the footprint minimal. Great for lab setups where you need consistent flow without complex equipment.The spring caps are designed for a specific spring, but any that fits will work.The bolt/nut are M6.Printed with supports vertically.
