Get a seamless attachment of a Systainer on top of a custom roll cart with this template. Use it to route cut outs for flush-mounting 3D-printed Systainer bottom mounts, and a side cut out for a T-Loc.The template is sized for use with a common ½" straight cutter router bit, and a ¾" router guide bushing. If you don't have a set of router guide bushings then print one. Instructions:Install ¾" guide bushing and ½" router bit into your router. Set the depth of cut of the router bit to the combined thickness of the template and one mount (I end up going with 28mm or 1-1/8" because 27mm wasn't exactly flush). Position and attach (screws or double-sided woodworking tape) bottom mounts onto your future Systainer base plate. Secure the applicable slot of the template over a mount. Use double-sided tape or CA glue, plus clamps to hold the template securely, and make sure those holding clamps won't interfere with your router's baseplate when you'll be doi
