T Track Vise (Vice)

This vise is designed for use with the Aluminum & MDF Hybrid Spoilboard for the PROVerXL, T-Track Grid Table

To use you will need:

4 x 20mm M5 bolts
4 x washer for M5 bolts
4 x M5 T Slot nut
2 x 30mm M5 bolts
2 x M5 Square nuts
Non slip tape

To print a complete setup you need to print:

4 x Short T Clamp
1 x TClamp Part 1
2 x TClamp Part 2

To assemble:

Place T Slot nuts in the bottom of the short T Clamps.

Using a 20mm M5 nut, washer feed them through the outer gaps in Vise part 2 and screw into the short T Clamps

Drop the square nuts into the vise part 2 and screw in the 30mm M5 nuts

Add non stick tape to the side facing the work piece on part 1 and one of the part 2's, this will help secure the workpiece and stop it moving.

To use:

Take one of the part 2 vise and secure it in a t track, place work material and add vise part 1 so that it abuts the work piece.

Add the second part 2 vise and secure within the T track
