Table/Chair Wheel Caster Assembly

I had a kitchen table with these caster wheels on it and 3 of them had broke so instead of paying the $30 for a set of them I figured I would make these and just reuse the wheels. The axle part for your wheels fit fairly snug so I just smacked them on with a dead blow hammer and then just attached it to the bottom of my table. I'm sure that office chairs are the same but have not looked to see.
