This is the popular SDS011 round enclosure design (from sumpfing) modified to stand on a table.

The enclosure holds the SDS011 optical particle sensor and NodeMCU board. I plan to eventually add in indicator LEDs and an OLED screen.
Simply screw the frame plate to the stand and mount the electronics to the frame. Lastly, mount the frame (with the mounted electronics) to the frame plate. I used 4-40 1/4 machine screws but anything around that size should work. I would recommend pre-drilling the holes.
