Table Vacuum Sweep Port

I modeled this collection port for my shop vacuum to make cleaning up scraps and debris much more efficient. By sweeping fragments directly to this port, the vacuum can quickly discard them and keep the workspace clear. The intended way to mount this device is by using double sided tape to secure it to the edge of a table or workbench. This allows for a stable connection that stays in place during use while remaining easy to install. I have the original Fusion 360 file I can add if anyone wants to remix the design for a specific vacuum size. However, I kept the hose connection as a separate part in the slicer file to make changing it easier. There are also many quality adapters available online that can be used to bridge any sizing gaps. The device consists of two separate parts that snap together securely. Once assembled, the connection is robust and holds up well under regular use. I used PLA Tough + in case as well.
