Tablet Stand - MPMD Size

My wife needed a stand for her Nook, and my larger printer was in pieces. So, I figured out the maximum size I could print on my Monoprice Mini Delta.

After a few rounds, and modifications I decided to upload them here.

Changes:
- It's smaller (84% the size of the original to fit the MPMD)
- It's designed to be held together using 4 M3 screws (anywhere from 6mm to around 20mm should work)
- The bottom lip is extended to fit devices up to 16mm thick
