I liked the TactiCoozie by rustyshackleford777 and wanted to make it packout compatible. Please feel free to tinker the design a bit, I messed with it until it worked but it doesn't work perfectly. Please let me know if you make it better. I also used the packout twist design from someone on another website. The photos are from V1 which there was a bit of separation for some reason between the cup and the rails that ended up not being attached well.
