Tactile Trigonometric Circle

In order to use the device it is necessary to employ a rubber string linking the ending and start pins passing through in the central rotative pin. It will be necessary a metalic stem at well. The metalic stem (can use a piec of wire) is used to indicate the tangent value from the circular marker when it is positioned considering one of the possible angles on the disk.

This assistive technology was developed by the Research and Development Group of Assistive Technology of the Federal University of São Carlos (NTA/UFSCar/Sorocaba), Brazil.
