The double arch Pavillion sits in the lake at the center of Taichung Park 臺中公園 in Taiwan. It was built in 1908 while Taiwan was under Japanese occupation. The pavilion retains classic Chinese architectural design. Taichung Park was donated by Lin Family to the City of Taichung in 1903. This pavilion remains the most recognizable architectural icon of the city of Taichung.
