Tamperstation new version

A new design for my tamperstation. The old one had some problems and was getting dirty. Also the ABS was breaking down and started leaking.

I made these tweaks for the new one:
- Smaller diameter to better support the tamping force on the right spot
- The surface under the filterholder is now tilted over for better support
- The front is shorter for better balance
- New color...
