Tandy Model 200 Battery Cover

I bought a second hand Tandy Model 200, but it was missing the battery cover. So here is a replacement battery cover. It should be printed with supports as there are some overhangs but otherwise the settings probably aren't critical. I printed mine in black ABS so it matches the rest of the bottom case.

The V2 version of this model has some ribs added so make opening the cover easier, and the hooks have improved fillets to make them a little more robust.

When printing it is advised to add support under the tabs on the short edge, and to add support between the plate and the "hooks" so the hooks come out clean. Do not add support in the rib openings.

version 2 of this cover did not require any post processing other than removing the few supports, it just slid right into the base of my Tandy Model 200. I printed in black ABS which matches the rest of the computer case.
