Tape Dipenser Cutting Attachment

A replacement cutting attachment for a Bear Brand Tape Dispenser. These were sold in Australia. I'm not certain if this was a globally mass produced product. The dispenser is made out of heavy cast (Over Engineered) and is heavy to lift. My father (Archie) used to make shoes by hand and this Tape Dispenser was found in his workshop. This tape dispenser will survive 1000 years.
