Just a quick little design - lost the core/insert for a tape dispenser I had, so 3D printed a replacement. It's two parts, that are designed to friction fit together, the core that the roll of tape is on, and the pin it rotates on. It's held up for many months now with no issue, I did increase wall count and strength for the parts, although it's probably overkill. This was designed for the Scotch C10 tape dispenser and tape rolls with an inner diameter around 75mm. The pin is just under 8mm diameter. I haven't tested it with others, it may work. If not, drop a comment below and I'll see if I can make a custom size version. Once it's done printing, just peel the brim off the pin, and press it into the hole in the core. This might require a bit of force. The pin should be aligned so there is roughly equal length on either side.
