Adhikari Company is a company engaged in the manufacture of educational toys for children. In this case Adhikari Company create a special types of toys that are intended for children with special needs. This toy is named TARA!!! This name is derived from Sanskrit which means “a special way”.It has 3 stages of games which are the puzzle game in the first level, maze game in the second level and music box in the third level. So a lot of hope and meaning as the foundation of making this toy. This toy actually formed by several components which are wood as a base material that will be shaped according to the three level (puzzle, magnetic maze, and music box), nut, magnetic ball, magnetic pen, then also plastic glass. Additionally, TARA!!! Will provide informative graphics in term of basic daily activity such as how to say a greeting, how to eat properly, how to act in front of people and etc, on each sides. Obviously, this product is created for any kind of ages and genders, boy or even girl will be so excited with the two different themes which are “Morning Blue” and “Charm Pink”. The different color of product also identified as the variant of product, so there are two variants for TARA product. Those themes has their own characters, “Raka and Tari” that will be implemented on each poster (graphics). There are 7 processes on each workstation to create TARA, the process includes pattern making, pattern cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, inspection, packaging.
