Tarantola NG minor changes

tarantola ng steering axle 6.86 x 7.92.stl
I noticed I had some play between the axle hex screw and the attached part. this one is a snug fit - at least in my case.

Top panel for 3 switches and 3 potentiometers. 2 of the potentiometers use the spare gimbal connection.

I added some material to the pin tower to make it more rigid

steering wheel.stl
I had a futaba junior and used its rubber coating for this steering wheel

module bay base.stl
Shaved off some of the inner parts leaving more space for the battery and a larger "tunnel" to route the wires for the external module

tarantola ng battery side cover.stl:
Adds some more space for the battery, and increases the footprint for more stable standing. may be used with the default bottom cover.
