Tardis console time rotor

This is a time rotor for a Tardis time rotor. It is designed to fit inside a 6 in. diameter acrylic tube.

Four components:
base - fits end of acrylic tube with inset for Neopixel Neomatrix 8x8
top - fits top of acrylic tube
riser - fits in tube to give height to time rotor
