This tool holds your target pasters. Load a roll of pasters/stickers and add a carabiner or para-cord to the loop. It should be a tight fit when the cap is on, but you'll need to use a dowel, pen, or something similar to remove it. I loaded it with this product: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGCPS9P5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share . So it will fit anything similar in size. It will cut the paper, but unsure if it will cut a rubber tape/electrical tape…
