***Make Sure Your Printer Is Tuned. The Measurements Are Spot On Per Alex's Direction. If You Have A Variance, Its On Your Printer Under/Over Extruding.***
Updated 2018-Dec 31:
1) Added 868 Model. This places the wire, 1-3/4" back from the trailing edge of the Diamond. Use a 12g wire, 6 1/8" Long.
2) Rounded some edges for Zanthor.
3) If you run your Diamond in the Vertical position, the stock Taranis antenna might interfere with this mod.

Alex Greve's shared a video in the Long Range Hooligan Group on Facebook on how to modify your TBS Diamond Antenna to gain 75% more range. This one is designed for the 915 frequency I use in the US.
It is designed to add a 6" long 12 AWG wire, unshielded, 1-5/8" Back from the lower edge on the TBS Diamond Antenna.
