This is a stack mount for TBS UNIFY PRO32 HV, it's for 30x30 stacks. it is used by unscrewing the standoffs between the plates and pressing in the small parts and screwing them back together again. If you use the version for inserts you can use it instead of nuts on the top of the stack. the inserts that are designed for are these https://www.ebay.com/itm/373092644433.
