TDM 850 Handguard

Handguards for the Yamaha TDM 850 (4TX). What you see here is the left-hand guard. You will need to mirror it for the right hand side.

The stock bar-end use a M16 thread. I used rawl-bolts with the M8 bolt which have a 14mm OD. The rawl-bolts fit inside the guard's side with the bolt through the side's hole.

Print the front on it's outer edge with a brim. After printing remove the brim and glue it to the side. The inner mount goes under the mirror and can be fitted to the guard with 3mm piece of filament.
