Team Associated RC10T2 Front Bulkhead

Front bulkhead for the Team Associated RC10T2.

This design has been modified to make it a little easier to print. It does not lend itself that well to being printed, but the middle portion between the shock mounts and the lower pivots has been extended to avoid having to have support structures while printing (if printed with the front facing downwards). It also has the underside filled (not recessed), but the additional weight should not impact performance.

The chassis mounting screws should be tapped with the appropriate 8-32 tap. The shock tower, front tube mounts, and body mount holes should be tapped with a 4-40 tap. I would recommend reaming the hinge pin area with a 1/8" drill bit. The areas near the hinge pin mounts may need to be filed slightly to clear the chassis (depending on tolerances for your printer).
