This is a fan shroud I designed for use on my home-made and designed 3d printer "Techne" (an Ingentis variant). It works really well for cooling PLA with a 40mm fan. I used other methods to attach it to my machine but I have included a modified E3D mount which can be used to mount it in the right position. Print both files SLOWLY at a FINE RESOLUTION as this will increase your chances of succeeding with the overhangs!

Drill the E3D holes out to about 2.7mm and just drive 4x m3 screws in to hold the e3d fan (or use original e3d self tappers) and use an m3 screw to fix the fan duct to the e3d shroud. Again, drill out 2.7mm and drive m3 screws in to hold the 40mm fan to the shroud and you're done!
