This is a mount for the Tekonsha 2030 Mark 12 Brake Controller. It mounts on a 2in hole patter and utilizes self tapping screws. I designed this to use existing holes in my dash. Holes are counter sunk to match the screws I had laying around. I unfortunately do not know what size they were. I know the head was about .33in in diameter. This is an older brake controller, but I wanted to share just in the off chance anyone else could use this file. This is printed in PETG however it was recently installed in the truck and has not went through many heat cycles.
